Wine PKR Terms and Conditions —
What Every Player Needs to Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Wine PKR ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") in relation to your use of the website at winepkr.bet and all related services, features and products offered by Wine PKR.

By accessing the Wine PKR platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the site, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use Wine PKR.

These Terms apply alongside the Wine PKR Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Wine PKR. Where these Terms do not specifically address something, the other policies will apply.

To register and use Wine PKR you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Wine PKR does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, bots and automated systems are not permitted to register or use Wine PKR.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor or family member of a person associated with Wine PKR operations.
• You must not be residing in or accessing Wine PKR from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify that using Wine PKR is lawful where you are located.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

Wine PKR reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any winnings generated by an account subsequently found to belong to a minor will be forfeited.

Each player may hold only one active account on Wine PKR. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, using different mobile numbers, different email addresses, or through the use of another person's identity — is a serious violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Wine PKR will never contact you asking for your password. Do not share your login details with anyone. All activity carried out on your account while logged in — even if not by you personally — is your responsibility.

Wine PKR may at its sole discretion decline any registration application or close an account after registration if it determines that the registration was made in violation of these Terms, involved false information, or poses a risk of fraud or harm to other players or the platform.

All transactions on Wine PKR are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 100, withdrawal typically within 15–30 minutes
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 100, withdrawal typically within 15–30 minutes
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200, withdrawal within 30–60 minutes
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200, withdrawal within 30–60 minutes
• IBFT / Bank Transfer — minimum deposit Rs 500, withdrawal 1–3 banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard — minimum deposit Rs 500, subject to card issuer processing time

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Wine PKR does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Wine PKR charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility. Deposits are normally credited to your account balance instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Wine PKR reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while fraud checks, KYC verification or investigation of account activity is in progress. We will notify you if this applies to your withdrawal request and aim to resolve any such delay within 48 hours.

Wine PKR offers various bonuses and promotions including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, the referral programme and esports-specific deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited.
• All bonuses carry a 5x wagering requirement unless a specific promotion page states otherwise. This means the bonus amount must be wagered five times before it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any unused bonus and winnings derived from it will expire after this period.
• Bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed at lower odds do not contribute.
• Wine PKR reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus at any time. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.
• Where a player withdraws before completing wagering requirements, the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it will be deducted from the withdrawal.
• Exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or any other systematic method intended to gain risk-free returns is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on Wine PKR are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are detailed within each section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Wine PKR reserves the right to limit or refuse a bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and the player elects to use it before the relevant market is settled.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned before completion, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds were published as clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — Wine PKR reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We will not profit from our own technical errors.
• Maximum winnings per single bet are Rs 5,000,000. For accumulator bets, the maximum total payout is Rs 10,000,000 per bet slip. These limits exist across all sports and casino markets.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to allow for data verification. If a market is suspended at the point you attempt to place a live bet, your bet will not be accepted.

Wine PKR's casino section includes live dealer games such as Baccarat and Roulette. The following rules apply to all casino games on the platform:

• All live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studios. The results are determined by physical processes — real cards dealt by a real dealer, a real roulette wheel — and are not manipulated by Wine PKR.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) based games are tested and certified by independent third-party auditors. Certification documentation is available to players on request.
• In the event of a live stream disconnection during a casino hand or spin, the game will be resolved using the recorded result of that round. Wine PKR's server logs are the final authority on game outcomes in any dispute.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by table and are displayed clearly before you sit down at any table. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
• Players may not use software, devices or strategies designed to give them an unfair advantage over the casino. This includes but is not limited to card counting software, bet-timing exploitation tools and any form of game manipulation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Wine PKR. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity or payment method
• Using automated scripts, bots or third-party software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in any poker or multiplayer game format to manipulate outcomes
• Match fixing, placing bets on outcomes you have advance knowledge of, or any activity that constitutes sports corruption
• Using Wine PKR to launder money or process funds of illegal origin
• Attempting to access or interfere with other players' accounts
• Making chargebacks or disputing transactions with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings from those funds
• Using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Wine PKR support staff or other players

Wine PKR may suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity
• At your own request — you may request account closure at any time by contacting support
• If your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months and the balance is below Rs 500

Where an account is suspended for investigation, Wine PKR will aim to complete the investigation within 10 working days and notify you of the outcome. If a suspension results in account closure for breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited activity) will be returned via the original payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting Wine PKR support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally, and the resulting balance will be returned to you.

Wine PKR is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Betting is entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. If you feel your betting is becoming a problem, please use the tools Wine PKR provides and seek help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all Wine PKR account holders:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit
• Loss Limits — set a cap on how much you can lose in a given period
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be logged out automatically
• Cooling-Off Periods — take a break from betting for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of 6 months

To access any of these tools, go to Account Settings on Wine PKR. Alternatively, contact our support team who can set limits on your behalf immediately. Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the elected period and cannot be reversed.

Wine PKR will never send marketing communications to a player who has self-excluded or opted out of promotional messages. Players under cooling-off or self-exclusion will not be eligible for bonuses during the restriction period.

All content on the Wine PKR platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, the design and layout of the site, and all underlying code — is the exclusive property of Wine PKR or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use Wine PKR content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your use of the platform. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display publicly, perform, or otherwise exploit any content from Wine PKR without our prior written permission.

The Wine PKR name, logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks of Wine PKR. You may not use these marks in any way without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wine PKR shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of profits, winnings, data or business resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or third-party service failures
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Losses arising from inaccurate information you provided during registration or KYC
• Any delay or interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, natural disasters or government actions

Wine PKR's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Wine PKR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors) may be made immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of Wine PKR after amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account. We will return your real-money balance via your registered payment method.

The date shown at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Wine PKR recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of an update.

These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with your use of Wine PKR shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Wine PKR is licensed and registered. By using Wine PKR, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with Wine PKR through our customer support team. Most disputes are resolved within 5–10 working days through our standard complaints process. If your complaint cannot be resolved at this level, it will be escalated to our senior compliance team.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our complaints process, you may refer your complaint to the relevant independent dispute resolution service in your jurisdiction. Wine PKR will cooperate fully with any legitimate dispute resolution process.
