Wine PKR FAQ —
Answers for Pakistani Players

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and place bets at Wine PKR. Age is verified at registration and again during the KYC process before your first significant withdrawal. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 is closed immediately.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number. You will receive either a password reset link by email or an OTP by SMS within a few minutes. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you do not receive the message, check your spam folder or contact our support team on live chat.

No. Wine PKR enforces a strict one-account-per-player rule. Creating a second account — under a different name, email or mobile number — violates our Terms and Conditions. Both accounts will be suspended and all balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your original account, contact our support team and we will help you recover it.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first significant withdrawal. You will need to provide a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card — both front and back). In some cases we may also request a selfie with your CNIC. Documents are reviewed within 24 hours. Once verified, no further documents are needed unless your account details change.

Contact our support team on live chat or email support@winepkr.bet and request account closure. We will process your remaining balance back to your registered payment method before closing the account. Log in to Wine PKR and go to the Cashier section. Select "Deposit" and choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard. Enter your deposit amount and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction. Funds from Easypaisa and JazzCash credit to your Wine PKR balance instantly.

The minimum deposit at Wine PKR is Rs 100 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. For IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard, the minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although your bank or mobile wallet may have its own daily transfer caps.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are usually instant. Bank IBFT transfers can take up to 2 hours during business hours. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected timeframe:

• Confirm the transaction completed on your Easypaisa/JazzCash app and note the reference number
• Check your Wine PKR transaction history under My Account
• Contact live chat and provide the payment reference number — our team will trace the deposit and credit it manually if confirmed

Wine PKR accepts the following Pakistani payment methods:

All transactions are processed in PKR. No currency conversion fees apply.

Wine PKR does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you transfer is credited to your betting balance. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — for example, Easypaisa charges a small fee for transfers from linked bank accounts — but Wine PKR itself does not deduct anything.

Log in and go to the Cashier section, then select "Withdraw." Choose your withdrawal method (same method you used to deposit), enter the amount and submit the request. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal at Wine PKR is Rs 500 regardless of the payment method. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, although withdrawals over Rs 100,000 may be processed in batches or require additional verification.

Processing times at Wine PKR:

Note: your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals are faster.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal at Wine PKR:

• KYC verification is incomplete — upload your CNIC documents to proceed
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• The withdrawal amount exceeds your verified balance
• The withdrawal method does not match the deposit method

The 100% welcome bonus up to Rs 10,000 is credited automatically when you make your first deposit after registering at Wine PKR. There is no code required. Deposit Rs 1,000 and receive Rs 1,000 bonus — total Rs 2,000 to bet with. The maximum bonus is Rs 10,000. Wagering requirement is 5x the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.50. Validity is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, if Wine PKR gives you a Rs 2,000 bonus with a 5x requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 (Rs 2,000 × 5). Progress is tracked automatically in your account under Bonuses. Only bets at odds of 1.50 or higher count toward the requirement.

During registration, Step 2 of the sign-up form includes an optional promo code field. Enter your code there before completing registration. If you already have an account, promo codes can also be entered in the Cashier section when making a deposit. Contact support if you received a code but are unsure where to apply it.

Yes. Wine PKR covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), international Tests, ODIs, T20Is and domestic tournaments. Live in-play betting is available during matches with real-time odds updated ball by ball. Wine PKR offers betting across a wide range of sports including cricket, football (soccer), kabaddi, tennis, basketball, badminton, table tennis and more. Log in to Wine PKR and navigate to the Sports Betting section. Browse available events and click on the odds for the outcome you want to back. The selection appears in your bet slip on the right side. Enter your stake in PKR, review the potential payout, and click "Place Bet" to confirm. For in-play betting, the process is identical but odds update in real time during the match.

Yes, Cash Out is available on selected sports markets at Wine PKR. When a Cash Out option is available on your open bet, you will see a "Cash Out" button in the My Bets section during the event. The cash out value updates in real time based on current match conditions and remaining odds. Partial cash out is also available on eligible bets.

Go to the Baccarat section after logging in. Choose a live table with a dealer and PKR limits that suit you. Place your bet on Player, Banker or Tie before the timer runs out. Cards are dealt by a real live dealer on screen. Winning bets are settled immediately in PKR. Tables run 24/7 with multiple betting limits available. No download is needed — the game loads directly in your browser.

Wine PKR offers European Roulette and Live Dealer Roulette in the Roulette section. European Roulette (single zero) gives better odds than the American variant and is the recommended choice for new players. Live Roulette is streamed with a real dealer and a genuine wheel. Bets are placed in PKR. Minimum table bets start from Rs 50.

Yes. Wine PKR's casino section includes progressive jackpot games and a wide selection of slot titles from leading providers. Wine PKR's Esports Betting section covers PUBG Mobile, Dota 2, Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), Valorant, League of Legends and FIFA esports. Both local Pakistani tournaments and international events are available. Markets include match winner, map winner, total maps, first kill and more. For selected esports events, Wine PKR provides live streaming directly within the platform. For other events, the bet slip includes a link to official public streams. Having an active balance in your account is required to access live streams on Wine PKR. Live statistics — kill counts, map scores, round results — are updated in real time on the event page.

Log in to Wine PKR, go to Account Settings and select the "Responsible Gaming" tab. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits from a single screen. Limits activate immediately when reduced. Increasing a limit requires a 48-hour cooling period before it takes effect. You can also ask our support team to activate any limit on your behalf.

Wine PKR offers two options. A cooling-off period (24 hours to 90 days) temporarily pauses your ability to deposit and bet while keeping your account open.
